While we are selective about who we rent to, you should also be selective about who you rent from.
A shopping centre should be home to all sorts of goods and services. It should offer the latest items from around the world, and supply what people need, both day-to-day and for special occasions. It should be an enjoyable meeting place. It should be in the right location, and make the logistics of everyday life easier by having everything in one place. And it should be environmentally friendly.
Our job is to develop shopping centres just like that. Today, we have 36 that we look after with body and soul. Every day, we remind ourselves that a shopping centre is not just glass and concrete, but a vibrant marketplace and a focal point for the local community.
Sektor Gruppen AS is owned by Joh Handel Eiendom 1 AS, Varner Invest AS, Niam IV Holding and K&S Holding AS. Thanks to the acquisition of new shopping centres and new management contracts, Sektor will increase its revenues by NOK 5 billion from 2013 to 2014. This reinforces the company’s position as Norway’s second largest operator of shopping centres. Our shopping centres generated total revenues of NOK 20 billion in 2013, and our portfolio has a gross area of about 940,000 square metres. |
